Kelly Clarkson didn’t recognize one of her most popular songs during a game of Sing That Name That Tune on Tuesday’s episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.

As she faced Anne Hathaway during the segment, in which she competed with guests to be the first to identify a song and sing it, the 39-year-old singer collapsed to the ground after the actress began to singing her hit single from 2004. Since You’ve Been Gone.

“How did you know from that?” Clarkson asked Hathaway, who put a name on the track after only the opening notes.

“Kelly Clarkson, if you don’t understand how much we all loved that song,” the Oscar winner said with a smile. ‘Everyone here knew about the first one. Everyone here knew it!

Still overcome by defeat, Clarkson responds, ‘Should I just quit? It’s embarrassing… Anyway, I’m so happy for you. Jesus take the wheel.’

At this point in the game, Hathaway was leading the score 4-0.

The band specifically played Since U Been Gone after Clarkson asked them to “play a fucking song” she would know.

The hilarious moment comes after Clarkson explained why she recently filed for a legal name change.

“How did you know from that?” Clarkson asked Hathaway, who put a name on the track after just the opening notes.

Last month it emerged that she had filed a request to legally change her name to Kelly Brianne, her first and middle names.

But in a new interview, she clarified that the name change was just about her personal life and joked that it was “too late” to change her public name now.

Talk to People (the TV show!) She joked, “I don’t think I can change Clarkson at this point. I’m 20!”

The news that she wanted to change her name came following her tumultuous divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

“I just got divorced so I had to give up my married last name,” she noted. “I just kept my middle name for my personal life. I’m still Kelly Clarkson.

Kelly made the point this Monday during the red carpet premiere of American Song Contest, the reality TV show she co-hosts with Snoop Dogg for NBC.

She herself became a star after winning the first season of American Idol in 2002, when the show was on Fox.
